Organoleptic Description

Pale pink in color, it opens on the nose with notes of wild strawberry, peach, and citrus, followed by hints of white pepper and sage. The palate is a harmonious dance of crisp fruit and saline depth. The finish is long and pleasant, encouraging another sip.
