After fermentation in stainless steel, it ages for 16 months in cement, barriques, and tonneaux. Fresh and approachable, it reflects the true character of the land.

Organoleptic Description

With a ruby-red color and purple reflections, it has an intense, Mediterranean aroma with notes of ripe red fruit, licorice, and cocoa bean. On the palate, it offers a smooth entry, with a balanced progression and well-integrated tannins. The finish is long and harmonious, inviting sip after sip.
